Art and its role in shaping the culture. You have a chance to become an artist.

Have you ever wondered how the reality around us was shaped?

Architecture, music, small details that surround us, literature, and even fashion — all have been shaped in the process of the progress of civilization and the dynamic development of culture. It is amazing how the progression of technology has allowed themes and motifs that were once available to a narrow audience to spread among the masses. From this point, the entirety of art has changed its form and message, to more and more experimental and non-standard interpretations. Popularization is a great way to allow a wider group of artists to present a larger and more unique visualization of topics of interest to a mass public.

Interestingly, this has developed an increasingly bold cultural trend we commonly call “pop culture”. Although associated with the inferior current of culture, it has had a much greater impact on our reality today directly since the 80s early 2000s

The return to mass circulation of fine arts is always associated with something unpopular, even niche. I, despite the fact that I am an artist who loves modern and avant-garde forms of art, love classical artistic styles and see in them some reference to universal and timeless themes

Is there a way for artists to get even more coverage?

A question to which the answer may be less obvious, but people interested more in the topic of digital art already know the answer to this question.

The answers may vary, but I would like to focus on the WEB3 zone, especially the NFT industry — a place where any aspiring artist can exist and find their own unique audience (I don’t have my recipients yet, to be honest, *sadface.png* )

Is any artist can be popular?

You have a chance to become a respected artist in the blockchain world, but it is not an easy task. As a starting artist, you may find that you will not be able to sell literally anything, people like it, but there is no word on buying your work. Why? Without reach and influence, it’s hard to find that one special collector who will willingly become a buyer of your work.

Work from my first collection — “Emotionless”

No matter how talented you are, you must have social media with a significant number of followers interested in your particular style. Considering the above-written space web3 anyway gives a lot of opportunities for artists fresh in the industry, a gigantic area for creativity and experimentation.

For example, building your community with the right strategy can take anywhere from a month to six months of your time, but the time spent pays off in the long run.

Of course, finding the right strategy includes even more additional points, from choosing a blockchain that is comfortable for you to finding new connections and creating interesting content related to your art or persona.

Example of popular Yuga Labs project — BAYC

Summary of my musings

Well considering the above-written technology gives us more and more opportunities in building our surrounding culture. Everyone has the opportunity to show themselves in the digital space and show their interesting interpretations of cultural events, styles, and surrounding reality or even art in general.
